After a mild start to the week, warmer afternoon temperatures will continue through the end of the week.

Tuesday will turn partly sunny with afternoon temperatures peaking in the low to mid 50s.

Showers will work into the area around and after midnight, but will remain isolated for a time overnight into Wednesday morning. Showers will be scattered to widespread on Wednesday morning into the early afternoon, with even a rumble of thunder possible. Wednesday's temperatures will peak in the upper 50s with some minimal afternoon sunshine.

Thursday stays dry and warm with high temperatures returning to the upper 50s, but showers return overnight into Friday morning. Showers stay with us Friday morning and into the midday hours before tapering off, and clouds decrease later in the day.

After 4 consecutive days in the 50s, temperatures will return to feeling like winter this weekend. High temperatures on Saturday will be seasonable in the low 40s, but then drop to the 30s on Sunday and even the upper 20s on Monday, with snow possible Sunday and into Monday.
