Canfield senior basketball player Jenna Triveri reached 1,000 career points Saturday.

The Cardinals hosted Grafton Midview in the Division III Sectional Final and picked up a 64-39 win.

Triveri led the team with 24 points and eclipsed 1,000 points at the free throw line in the fourth quarter.

Sofia Castronova added 14 for the Cardinals who advanced to the district semifinals with the win.

They'll host Uniontown Lake Wednesday at 7:00 pm.
