NILES - Next week, Macy's Backstage location in the Eastwood Mall is marking its grand opening with a celebration the entire family can enjoy.

Though the store did have a soft opening and is currently open to the public, the shop and the Eastwood Mall wanted to invite the community for a day to celebrate the new addition.

On Saturday, March 14, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., customers can visit the new Macy's Backstage, located within the existing Macy's store, for live entertainment, exclusive giveaways, food vendors and more. 

Macy's Backstage is an off-price retail concept that operates within select Macy's department stores. It offers men's, women's and children's clothing as well as home decor, beauty products, pet care items and gourmet snacks.

Merchandise from Macy's Backstage includes closeouts, overruns and items specifically made for the Backstage brand.

"We invite everyone to check out the all-new Macy's Backstage, now open," said Denise Sertich, Store Director of Macy's at the Eastwood Mall. "Macy's Backstage is a whole new shopping experience to discover inside your Macy's store."
