YOUNGSTOWN - The City of Youngstown is implementing a temporary street closure and parking ban this weekend, due to activities scheduled to take place downtown.

Commerce Street between North Hazel Street and the end of the Varsity Club storefront will be closed starting at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, until noon on Sunday, March 15.

During the road closure, all parking lots on Commerce Street will remain open and accessible.

Additionally, a parking ban has been issued for that portion of Commerce Street, starting at noon on Friday, March 13, until noon on Sunday, March 15.

Cars could be ticketed or towed if found parked in the restricted area during those times.
