Warren man pleads guilty to showing inappropriate material to underage girl

A Warren man who was accused of showing inappropriate sexual material to an underage girl in Pennsylvania has pleaded guilty.
According to court records, 50-year-old David Noll pleaded guilty to a third-degree felony charge of disseminating explicit material to minors, as well as misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors and selling/furnishing liquor to a minor.
Two more felony charges were dismissed, including unlawful sexual contact with a minor and endangering children.
The charges stem from an incident at a hotel in McKean County, Pennsylvania, which is about two hours away from Mercer County. Police said Noll was showing an underage family member sexually explicit videos on his phone.
Sentencing is scheduled for April 30.
