Trumbull Prosecutor pushes for Lorraine death
TRUMBULL COUNTY, Ohio- A Trumbull County prosecutor says its time for a man sitting on death row for 24-years to learn his date with death.

TRUMBULL COUNTY, Ohio- A Trumbull County prosecutor says its time for a man sitting on death row for 24-years to learn his date with death.
Charles Lorraine was convicted and sentenced to death in 1986 for the double homicide of Doris and Raymond Montgomery inside their Warren home.
Prosecutor Dennis Watkins has filed a motion with the Ohio Supreme Court asking that an execution date be set for Lorraine.
