NEW CASTLE, Pennsylvania- A car accident leads to criminal charges for a New Castle man.

NEW CASTLE, Pennsylvania- A car accident leads to criminal charges for a New Castle man.

Police said Frank Edward Kichak, 27, showed them an insurance card belonging to the previous owner of the vehicle he was driving at the time of the accident.

Police issued a warrant for Kichak after the insurance company contacted the previous owner, who told them that he was not involved in the crash.

Kichak was arrested in Campbell and is being held in the Mahoning County Jail.
