City of Youngstown begins marketing campaign for the downtown area
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - It isn't likely to rival the barrage of political television ads that just ended, but be prepared to see lots of commercials about the city of Youngstown.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - It isn't likely to rival the barrage of political television ads that just ended, but be prepared to see lots of commercials about the city of Youngstown.
On Thursday, the city's board of control approved what it calls an aggressive campaign marketing the downtown area.
In addition to a couple of billboards in Trumbull and Mahoning counties, the city will air 18,000 ads on local television promoting attractions in the heart of the city.
