BERLIN CENTER, Ohio - Authorities have filed 28 charges against a Berlin Center woman accused of keeping dogs in deplorable conditions.

BERLIN CENTER, Ohio - Authorities have filed 28 charges against a Berlin Center woman accused of keeping dogs in deplorable conditions.
Heather Culver has been charged with violating laws covering abandoned animals.
Humane agents seized 29 dogs from her home where she sells the dogs online.
The executive director of Animal Charity says the canines were found living in unsanitary conditions.
More than twenty people have filed paperwork with Animal Charity asking if they can have one of the dogs.
