WEATHERSFIELD, Ohio - A car has been removed after crashing into a home off Salt Springs Road Monday on afternoon.
A viewer contacted 21 News and said that a car had crashed into her house. Officials confirmed the accident, saying it occurred around 12:30 p.m. at 3095 Oakview Drive.
The car was almost completely in the house by the time officials got to the scene.
The gas company had to be called after the car sheared a natural gas meter before hitting the house.
The driver was taken to the hospital with injuries. However, officials say no one at the home was injured.
Police do not have a cause for the accident at this time.
