NILES, Ohio - Water bills are on the way up in Niles next month. That's when a 12 percent increase goes into effect.
City officials tell 21 news that under the new rates, someone who usually receives a $50 dollar water bill, will pay 6 dollars more.
A 15 percent sewer increase that may take effect in March. That increase still needs the approval of city council.
