Three guilty of using bogus credit cards at Bazetta WalMart

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Three men are awaiting sentencing after being caught with more than 100 phony credit cards at the WalMart in Bazetta Township.
Mohammad Parvez, Fazly Azzam, and Shaha Jalal appeared in U.S. District Court on Monday and pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit fraud in connection with access devices.
According to the Federal Reserve, an access device is a card, code or other means of accessing a consumer's account.
The three were arrested at the Elm Road WalMart in August after police say they made several trips through the checkout line using fraudulent credit cards.
According to the indictment, the three were caught with more than 100 credit cards that had been encoded with fraudulently obtained numbers.
The three will be sentenced on May 18.
