AUSTINTOWN TWP., Ohio - Plans are in the works for another place to buy breakfast goodies and coffee in Austintown Township.

Later this month, Township Trustees will hold a hearing on a zone change requested by Cocca Development across from Barry Dyngles.

Zoning officials say the developers are interested in building a Dunkin Donuts on South Raccoon Road.

The change, which has already been approved by zoning and planning officials, is needed to allow an additional traffic lane for customers who want to bypass the drive-through window.

The township already has two Dunkin Donuts restaurants. One is on Mahoning Avenue, just east of Route 11. The other one is on Route 46 north of Interstate 80.

The hearing is scheduled for 7 p.m., March 24 at the Township Hall
