Warren police name Stephens Street murder suspect
Warren police have issued an arrest warrant for a suspect charged in the murder of a Warren man last week. Warren police say Shawn Johnson is now considered a suspect in the death of 41-year-old John Kellar. The incident happened last Friday when Kellar's body was found in a home on Stephens Street N.W. in Warren.

WARREN, Ohio - Warren police have issued an arrest warrant for a suspect charged in the murder of a Warren man last week.
Warren police say Shawn Johnson is now considered a suspect in the death of 41-year-old John Kellar.
The incident happened last Friday when Kellar's body was found in a home on Stephens Street N.W. in Warren.
Police later released security cam video from a Market Street gas station that shows Johnson and a woman, who was identified as 36-year-old Alicia Binion, who may have been kidnapped.
"We don't have her involved in any kind of crime at the moment, but we're going to look at it as if she's being held against her will and we want her back safely," said Warren Police Captain Robert Massuci.
Police say alerts for couple have been issued across six states.
A wanted poster being circulated by Warren Police describe Johnson as someone who should be considered armed and dangerous.
He also goes by the alias of Shawn Hope.
He's described as a black male, brown eyes, brown hair, 5' 11", and 220 pounds.
If anyone thinks they spot the couple or their vehicle, authority’s stress that they should not be approached or engaged. Instead, take down as much information and you can in regards to time, location, description and direction. Then call police.
