Dairy Queen hosting paint a cake event for Father's Day
On Saturday, June 15, several local Dairy Queen locations will be hosting an open house cake decorating event for Father's Day.

On Saturday, June 15, several local Dairy Queen locations will be hosting an open house cake decorating event for Father's Day.
Participants will have to opportunity to decorate their own blank DQ cake with sprinkles, colorful whipped cream icing, gel, ribbons and "edible images" or "pop tops" to add a special touch.
Cake decorators will be on scene demonstrating how to make a rose, how to border, and how to use an airbrush.
DQ representatives said it should only take about 15 minutes to decorate your cake and reminds participants, it is a DQ "Ice Cream" Cake, so it will begin to melt if you take too long.
Dairy Queen locations in Boardman on Market Street, Canfield on Broad Street and Cornersburg on Meridian Road will have the event from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The Austintown location on Canfield Niles Road will have the event from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and the Columbiana location on State Route 14 will hold it from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The cost to participate is the cost of the DQ cake.
