Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Casserole

6 slices bacon, chopped

3 jalapeños, seeded and sliced

1 1/2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup hot sauce

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400°.

In a large pan over medium heat, add bacon pieces and cook until mostly crisp. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of grease. Add jalapeño slices and continue cooking until soft. Stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, salt and pepper.

Spread shredded chicken along the bottom of a

13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spread cream cheese mixture overtop chicken, then top with Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
