Resurfacing to begin on North Meridian Road
Work is scheduled to begin next week on a project that will eventually mean a smoother ride for the nearly 10-thousand drivers who travel a stretch of Meridian Road each day.

YOUNGSTOWN - Work is scheduled to begin next week on a project that will eventually mean a smoother ride for the nearly 10-thousand drivers who travel a stretch of Meridian Road each day.
The Mahoning County Engineers office announced that construction will start on Monday, April 27, 2020 on resurfacing project that includes new signs, a new water line, and pavement markings.
The work will cover less than a half-mile of North Meridian Road from Interstate 680 to the Trumbull County line.
Two-way traffic will be maintained, but there may be some lane restrictions during the work is expected to continue until November.
