WARREN, Ohio - A clinic that has been conducting drive-thru coronavirus testing in the Valley will move to the city of Warren next week.

Starting Monday, April 27th and Tuesday, April 28th, between the hours of 9:00 am until 4:00 pm drive-thru testing will take place in the parking lot of Packard Music Hall for the general public.

Testing will be conducted by a collaboration of Quick Med Urgent Care of Cortland, Cornerstone CM Inc of Poland and Ten Healthcare of St. Louis, MO.

Quick Med has held testing events in Campbell and Austintown and plans drive-thru events in Columbiana and Canfield as well.

“As we continue to navigate through the uncertainties of COVID-19 one thing remains unchanged and that is the importance of testing for the virus. The CDC, Ohio Department of Health, as well as our own local medical and public health officials, have all expressed the importance of testing. When the opportunity for testing in our city presented itself, we were eager to take the steps to make it happen,” said Eddie Colbert, Warren Director of Public Safety and Service.

All first responders and medical personnel will have a reserved time for testing at Packard Music Hall between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.

Anyone interested must pre-register at www.QuickMed-uc.com or by calling 724-734-5235. Registration will begin Saturday, April 25, 2020, at 9:00 am.

In order to qualify for testing members of the general public must present at least 2 of the 4 symptoms associated with COVID-19.

Medical workers and first responders must present at least 2 of the 4 symptoms associated with COVID-19 or must have either been in contact with a person who has, or who is suspected of testing positive for COVID-19.

There is a charge for this testing that may be covered by your insurance. This will be discussed during registration.
