Electricity is the theme of a 60-second video promoting the all-electric Endurance pickup truck planned for production in Lordstown.

The spot released by Lordstown Motors on YouTube Thursday shows people driving and using the truck in rural and workplace situations, emphasizing its electric power source.

The video, which gives a glimpse of Lordstown's landmark water tower,  closes with the narration: "Endurance is what go us here and there's nowhere it can't take us."

LMC says it has received preorders and letters to intent to build 20,000 Endurance trucks in 2021.

The company is targeting summer 2021 for the first trucks - which will cost $52,500 before tax credits.
