AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - The Mahoning County Sheriff Department executed two search warrants in Austintown Wednesday evening.

The search warrants were for homes on Maple Springs and Orchard Hill Drives.

Officials on scene say they seized weapons connected to a case they have been investigating.

According to officials on the scene, ten guns were seized between the two homes.

Sheriffs would not say what case they are currently investigating but said that more information would be available in the coming days.

It is unclear if any arrests were made Wednesday night.
