This election is shaping up to be record-breaking with the number of votes cast.

There has already been a record in Pennsylvania with over nine million voters registered and three million of those registered, have been by mail.

Mayor Brown is calling on all Youngstown and Mahoning County deleted and appointed officials to help set the tone for a secure election this Tuesday.

Discussions with Mayors and City administrations around the State of Ohio have indicated that they will be more active than normal due to the unresting times. 

"The board of elections and sheriff's office has put in a plan and if there are any problems, you will be dealt with harshly," said Paul Gaines Mahoning County Prosecutor.

So far 165,000 voters have resisted in Mahoning county.

135,000 are expected to vote, and over 60,000 have voted already
