An anonymous donor has generously pledged to match gifts up to $6,000 to help the YMCA Respond to Critical Community Needs.

An anonymous donor has generously pledged to match gifts up to $6,000 to help the YMCA Respond to Critical Community Needs.
GivingTuesday, this year falls on December 1st, and it's a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
The YMCA Scholastic Support Program assists children with their online schoolwork while their parents are at work.
"This has been such a trying and hard time figuring out safe options for my children. I'm so unbelievably thankful for the YMCA," says Jackii, a Scholastic Support Program parent.
YMCA's goal is to reach $12,000 by December 1st, and the YMCA plans to spend their money by:
- Supporting more families who need help navigating the challenges of remote learning for their children.
- Offer swim lessons and water safety skills to children with disabilities.
- Provide financial assistance to children, adults, seniors, and families who cannot afford to pay the full rate for their YMCA membership.
