A driver rear-ended a car in the area and took off, leaving debris scattered throughout the road.
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash in Youngstown.
The crash happened just before 3 a.m. on Market Street near East Dewey Avenue.
A driver rear-ended a car in the area and took off, leaving debris scattered throughout the road.
Police and fire crews were on scene along with medical personnel.
It appears that no one was hurt during the crash.
