Newton Falls man claims he was robbed while buying pot in Warren

WARREN, Ohio - A Newton Falls man told Warren Police he was robbed by a couple of bicyclists while trying to buy marijuana outside a Warren gas station early Wednesday.
The 42-year-old alleged victim told officers he was outside a Sunoco station on West Market Street at around 1:30 a.m. and asked a man later identified as Anthony Talbert if he could buy marijuana from him.
