YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Mill Creek Park's annual holiday event at Lanterman's Mill in Youngstown is underway.

"Olde Fashioned Christmas at Lanterman's Mill" kicked off Saturday at 11 a.m.

The event features the mill decked in holiday decorations, snacks including fire-roasted chestnuts, handcrafted gifts, "The Christmas Story" playing on a big screen, crafts for kids and a visit with Santa.

Admission is free for the family-friendly event.

A giving tree will also be up at the Mill for donations of hats, scarfs or mittens for children in need.

It will be held again Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
