If you hope to get an idea of what your Thursday morning commute will be like by viewing ODOT traffic cams, you may encounter some difficulty.

Just after 6:30 a.m., lenses on three of the cameras in the Valley were ice-covered blocking a view of the highways.

The three cameras were those at Interstate 80 and Route 46 in Austintown; Routes 76 and 80, and 711 east of Route 80.

Most of the other cameras along local interstates gave clearer pictures of what was going on along highways.  That could change as the day goes on.
