WARREN, Ohio - A Warren man has been arrested for allegedly torching a home in that city.

Thirty-two-year-old Allen Grossbeck was booked into the Trumbull County Jail on Tuesday after the state fire marshal charged him with one count of aggravated arson.

Investigators believe Grossbeck set fire to a house on the 400 block of Austin Avenue on June 26.

Grossbeck is scheduled for an arraignment in Warren Municipal Court on Wednesday.

Dispatchers got a call from a neighbor at around 12:30 a.m., reporting that the house was burning.

Firefighters arrived to find flames coming from two sides of the vacant home. No one was injured.

It was the second fire at the home in a month.  The previous fire was on June 2.

The Blue Ribbon Arson Committee recently announced that it is offering $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person, or persons responsible for the fire.
