A Youngstown man faces charges after police found a runaway boy and two other teens hiding in the closet of a home in Campbell.

Isiah Kellum, 18, was booked into the Mahoning County jail Sunday on three counts of contributing to the delinquency of children.

Campbell police say they were investigating a complaint of unwanted juveniles at a home on Van Buren Street.

While they were talking with Kellum, police say they heard a crashing noise from upstairs.

Inside a bedroom closet, police found a 15-year-old boy who had run away from Youngstown, as well as a 15-year-old girl from Austintown and her 13-year-old brother.

The siblings were returned to their mother, while the 15-year-old runaway was taken to a local independent living center for teens.

Since police say they found a marijuana pipe in the house, Kellum was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
