A business in Warren strip plaza has been the target of a second burglary in just a matter of days.
The owner of Vapor Express in the Palm Plaza on Elm Road NE told police that he discovered that an X-Box game system and an iPad had been stolen late Sunday night.
The businessman said surveillance video showed a male throw a chunk of concrete through a window before kicking in the rest of the glass and crawling inside.
From there, the video showed the suspect breaking a display case before stealing the X-Box and iPad, which the owner said are valued at a total of $600.
It was just last Thursday that someone broke into Vapor Express and three other businesses in the plaza taking $18,590 worth of Apple products, and $3,000 cash.
