MAHONING COUNTY, Ohio - A suspect involved with the murder Rowan Sweeney will be held without bond. 

Andre McCoy, 22, was arraigned on multiple charges, including one count of aggravated murder for the murder of four-year-old  Sweeney in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. 

McCoy had been wanted by U.S. Marshals since March of 2021 after being arraigned on charges including aggravated murder, attempted murder, felonious assault and aggravated burglary, all with firearm specifications. 

McCoy was located by U.S. Marshals early Saturday morning at a home on Park Hill Drive in Youngstown. 

Sweeney was killed in September of 2020, McCoy and two other suspects were allegedly part of a robbery at the home of Sweeney's mother in Struthers. 

One suspect, Kimonie Bryant, surrendered himself to law enforcement and another, Brandon Crump was found by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force a month after the shooting.
