BOARDMAN TWP., Ohio - An 18-year-old Struthers man is in jail after Boardman police say he and a ten-year-old boy he met while playing video games exchanged pictures of their genitals.

Kyle Trimacco was handcuffed by police on Tuesday as he was working at a Boardman convenience store.

According to Boardman Police, a 31-year-old woman came to the police station on Monday after discovering what a report described as obscene pictures on the cell phone belonging to her ten-year-old son.

The mom told officers that she learned that her son had been exchanging texts with someone he met on his Xbox gaming system in February.

The police report says the other person told the ten-year-old that he would give him Xbox gift cards if he would send him pictures of his genitals.

Police say the boy sent three pictures and the other person texted pictures of his genitals to the boy.

Officers seized Trimacco’s mobile phone when he was arrested on five counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
