JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Mahoning County, Ohio - State Troopers and rescue squads were called to the scene of a crash that slowed eastbound traffic along the Ohio Turnpike.

A pickup truck rolled onto its side along the eastbound lanes near the Meander Reservoir shortly before 7:30 a.m. Monday.

Ohio State Highway Patrol tells 21 News that the driver was injured and transported with non-life threatening injuries to St. Elizabeth's in Youngstown.

The left lane in the area was shut down while first responders investigated, but has reopened as of 4:15pm Monday.

The cause of the accident is still unknown.
