The Youngstown Police Department have found a man who reported missing earlier today.

 

Earl Schuler, 78, was reported missing from his apartment on Flo Lor Drive around 12:59 p.m. and is believed to be on foot.

 

He was last scene with a camo jacket on. He is white, 109lbs and is 5'6" with brown hair and blue eyes.
