UPDATE: Troopers find box truck involved in hit skip with Crestview school bus

FAIRFIELD TWP, Ohio - Troopers with OSP's Lisbon post have located a box truck that left the scene after striking a school bus with children inside in Fairfield Township Thursday morning.
According to a press release, a Crestview Local School District bus was stopped southbound on SR-164 with its crossing gate arm and stop sign displayed.
Around this time, a box truck did not stop for the bus, sideswiped the driver's side of the bus, and left the scene without stopping. Troopers say the bus did sustain damage.
An OSP Sergeant tells 21 News no one was injured in the crash but says seven children were on this bus.
Shortly after 7:30 a.m. Friday, troopers were able to locate the box truck involved in the crash. Troopers spoke with the driver, who identified someone else as the driver of the truck when the incident occurred.
Troopers do not have a name for that driver at this time.
OSP is reminding all drivers to watch out for school buses and their signals at all times on the road.
