Reward offered for Youngstown woman accused of shooting at driver

YOUNGSTOWN - Authorities say a reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a woman accused of shooting at a man in Youngstown.
U.S. Marshals have named twenty-year-old Phil-Lysha Cummings has been named as the Fugitive of the Week.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force says Cummings is wanted by the Youngstown Police Department and United States Marshals Service.
Cummings is suspected of firing several shots at a vehicle in December as she was arguing with the driver. She also attempted to prevent him from leaving by blocking his vehicle before opening fire, according to police.
Cummings is charged with improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation, and discharging a firearm on or near a road.
Cummings, 20, is described as a black female, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 174 pounds. Cummings is believed to be in the Youngstown or Cleveland area.
