YOUNGSTOWN - 19-year-old Jonthony Altreche has been indicted on five felony counts related to the death of 26-year-old Ty'Rice Logan.

Jurors indicted Altreche for one count of aggravated murder with a firearm specification, one count of murder with a firearm specification, one count of illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises, one count of failure to comply with an officer, and one count of possession of cocaine.

The murder charge comes from a deadly shooting that happened on the 2200 Block of South Avenue in Youngstown on December 10 where 26-year-old Ty'Rice Logan was shot and killed. 

Police found and arrested Altreche on Sunday, February 4 after a police chase ended in a crash at the intersection of South Montgomery and Wilson Avenue.
