One killed in head-on collision in St. Clair Township Monday morning
Chief McKenzie tells 21 News the crash occurred when Wayne Seevers, who was traveling southbound went left of center into the northbound lane striking another vehicle head on.

St. Clair Township Police are investigating after one person was killed in a head-on collision in St. Clair Township Monday morning.
St. Clair Township Police Chief Brian McKenzie tells 21 News police received a call at around 7:30 a.m. Monday, March 18 for a crash on SR-170 near Calcutta Smithferry Road.
Upon arrival, police found what Chief McKenzie described as a "violent crash" with one man identified as Wayne Seevers dead at the scene.
Chief McKenzie tells 21 News the crash occurred when Seevers, who was traveling southbound went left of center into the northbound lane striking another vehicle head on.
The driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries and was treated and released at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
