A Farrell man will soon spend almost 20 years in prison for various drug trafficking charges.

Quinton Pinkins, 39, was sentenced to 19.5 years in prison for pleading guilty to conspiring to distribute at least 400 grams of fentanyl, 100 grams of heroin and 500 grams of cocaine between 2020 and 2021, according to court record.

He also plead guilty to distributing fentanyl within 1,000 feet of a public playground and housing authority properties in 2021.

Pinkins is accused of being the leader of a drug trafficking organization in Mercer County.

In addition to jail time, Pinkins was also ordered to serve six years of supervised release following his prison sentence.

Previously, he was convicted for heroin and cocaine trafficking and sentenced in two different cases - one in 2009 and one in 2018.
