WARREN, Ohio- A suspect caught on camera by Warren police in a gas station shooting turns himself in.

Eric Pettis, 31, was arraigned on felonious assault charges in connection with the shootings reported at the Sunoco gas station at West Market Street and Tod Avenue on July 21 at 3:44 a.m.

Pettis posted bond, which was set at $25,000.

Police say surveillance video shows three suspects appear to get in a fight with another man and firing two shots.

Pettis turned himself in after Warren police detectives asked the public to help them find the three suspects accused fo viciously assaulting a man at the Sunoco.

Police say the assailants first struck and stepped on the victim. Then, one of the suspects pulled a gun and fired two shots, which did not strike the victim.

Investigators have released surveillance photos of the suspects, who are described as being in their 20's and driving a black Lincoln vehicle.
