On Nov. 27 at 4:20 am, the Austintown Police department was called to 4142 Westmont Ave. for reports of a naked man screaming and banging on their door.  

According to the police report, Micheal A. Packo was naked banging on the front door of the residence, when police arrived Packo allegedly charged the police cruiser attempting to open the driver's side door yelling at police to let him in the car. 

Police say that after Packo was not able to get into the police cruiser he started banging on the hood on the police cruiser. According to the police report, Packo then ran inside of 4142 Westmont Ave. where he woke up the residents and frightened the young children living there.  

Right before police could approach the home Packo ran outside and allegedly attempted to tackle the officer. 

According to authorities, Packo was wrestled to the ground where he attempted to break the officers hold over him. Police say that after they were able to get Packo into the cruiser he told police that he was on PCP. 

Packo was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital.  

Police charged Packo with disorderly conduct, inducing panic and resisting arrest.
