Driver of garbage truck that hit home in Leetonia cited
Officials with the Ohio State Highway Patrol have determined that garbage truck involved in a crash was unsafe.

LEETONIA, Ohio - Officials with the Ohio State Highway Patrol have determined that garbage truck involved in a crash was unsafe.
Leetonia police say the Motor Carrier Enforcement Unit's inspection found the brakes on one of the tires was gone entirely.
They also found that there were problems with the other tires as well.
The emergency brake on the vehicle was also not working, according to the unit.
The driver of the Aarrow Disposal vehicle, 44-year-old Brad Self, is being cited for operating and parking an unsafe vehicle.
