Warren man sentenced to prison in child sexual abuse material case
48-year-old Timothy Turner was sentenced to three to four and a half years in prison on four counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.

WARREN - A Warren man who pleaded guilty in January to downloading and distributing child sexual abuse material has learned his fate on Thursday.
According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office, 48-year-old Timothy Turner was sentenced to three to four and a half years in prison on four counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, which are all second-degree felonies.
Once released, Turner must register as a Tier 2 sex offender four times per year for 25 years.
Turner's charges stem from a cyber tip received in Cuyahoga County in August of 2024 that revealed child sexual abuse material on Turner's electronic devices.
