YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - John Houser, the father of the man accused of murdering an elderly woman outside of a church, is back in prison for a probation violation.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - John Houser, the father of the man accused of murdering an elderly woman outside of a church, is back in prison for a probation violation.
He was sentenced to 10 months in jail.
Houser's probation officer allegedly saw him driving a vehicle without a license and Houser tested positive for marijuana and cocaine.
His son Jamar is accused of fatally shooting Angeline Fimognari outside Saint Dominic's Church in January.
