YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A multi-million dollar anti-trust settlement against the drug company Organon, maker of the anti-depressant drug Remeron, is benefiting a local organization.

When money went unclaimed from a 33-million dollar lawsuit settlement, it was divvied up among several states.

In Ohio, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine decided to give the entire amount of Ohio's fund, $19,036.00, to Hospice of the Valley's pediatric program.

"There's nothing worse than seeing a child suffer and what Hospice of the Valley does is they help the families and they help the child," said DeWine. "I wanted to be able to support that work, and I thought this was a great cause."

Funds will be used for nurse training as well as a new crib and rocking chair.
