WARREN, Ohio - We now know the cause of Thursday's explosion at Warren Steel Holdings.

Fire investigators tell 21 News that a leaky valve allowed water into the furnace, causing the blast.

Six workers were injured. Three had minor injuries. The others are being treated at area burn units.
