NORTH JACKSON, Ohio - Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. of Bridgeville, Pennsylvania has completed purchase of the nearly completed Patriot Special Metals facility in North Jackson.

One hundred jobs are expected to be created once the facility is fully operational.

Universal Stainless is paying over $100 million to buy the plant and another $25 million to complete the installation of the equipment.

The facility is on schedule to be up and running in the beginning of 2012.
