LAKE MILTON, Ohio - A Lake Milton teen faces more charges in connection with the traffic death of a bicyclist.

A grand jury has indicted 19-year-old Nathan Skaggs on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide as well as driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says Skaggs had marijuana in his system when his car struck and killed 18-year-old Derek Martin along Mahoning Avenue last November.
