CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Brookfield football team is in the playoffs, but who they are playing is still undetermined.
Early in the day on Thursday Cuyahoga County Judge Richard McMonagle ruled
Beachwood and Cleveland Heights in the playoffs, replacing Mayfield and Ashtabula Edgewood.
Shortly after 8:00 p.m. Thursday night, Ashtabula County Common pleas judge Alfred Mackey ruled Edgewood back in the playoffs.
Brookfield Athletic Director Tim Taylor says he's not sure which judge's ruling is official.
In the meantime, the Warriors coaching staff is preparing for both Edgewood and Beachwood.
