YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Police arrested a suspect wanted for Youngstown's latest murder.
Authorities found 25-year-old Emmett Perkins IV in Akron Wednesday.
Perkins, of Youngstown, is accused of fatally shooting Frank Whitted, 28, in the chest early Tuesday morning.
Officers were called to Whitted's home at 422 W. Princeton Ave. around 1:30 a.m. where they found Whitted shot in the chest. He was transported to St. Elizabeth Health Center where he died.
