YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - It was one year ago that Brandy Stevens-Rosine of Beaver Township was brutally beaten to death in Cochranton, Pennsylvania.
On Friday, Brandy's friends and family members gathered for a candelight vigil in her honor.
The service was conducted at the site of memorial bench for Brandy near Kilcawley Center on the YSU campus.
